About Whataburger
Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Can’t go wrong with WHATABURGER with an upstairs or just take the elevator cool stuff never seen one like that view from up top is amazing…

Having Whataburger in the home state of Texas was delicious. We have two in Charlotte, but nothing beats coming down to Texas. Friendly staff. Loved that this restaurant has a 2-story plan. Sat outside and the weather was perfect, and saw the wonderful view of Corpus Christi Bay. Ordered a salad with a side of fries. Spicy ketchup was very good and something different. My nephew ordered a double and fries. He enjoyed his meal after arriving in Corpus Christi.

This is one of the best whataburgers I have been to and I have been to a lot of them the food is very very hot and fresh thos is one of those unique places everyone should go to before its either gone or there is more built up around it might be because it was my first time to the 2 story Whataburger but I took my food upstairs and outside the view of the bay is fantastic along with the great food it is perfect a very unique o e of a kind place the staff is super friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in the door ready to help you order. Everyone is able to enjoy the view if you can't take the stairs they have a elevator to take you to the top a must see place

Down the street from the Selena statue which was a plus. Ordered the spicy chicken combo and coke and it was about $12. First time having it, it was great! Fast drive thru service.

We went for a late breakfast (about 10:15) on a Friday, and it wasn’t very busy. The food was good, and our order was right. The restaurant was clean. We ate upstairs, outdoors at one of the picnic tables. It was a fun experience. There are stairs indoors and outdoors to get upstairs, and there is also an elevator. There were nice murals and plaques along the walls about the company as well as a statue of its founder on a bench inside the door.
